Preparation Checklist: A written checklist is sent to the sellers to help them tackle their homework. It includes room by room recommendations, including exterior, links to products discussed and preferred vendor recommendations to prepare the listing. 
Photo-Prep Staging: We return on photography day to stage the home and get it ready for photos. We utilize strategic furniture arrangement and décor to showcase the full potential of each room. We purchase needed items to maximize the potential for buyers. These items belong to the seller, no need to fuss over rented inventory. We believe online photos are critical in getting the listing in front of potential buyers, we will bring in our photographers or work closely with your professional photographer to present the best space. Staging and photography happen the same day. ​
