My Story

Hi, my name is Gina Graham and I've lived in Jacksonville, Florida for over 26 years. My husband and I raised our children in St Johns County where our faviorite activity is to visit all the great parks with our beloved shih tzu.
I worked as an athletic trainer in the high school setting and in medical sales for over 15 years before becoming certified in Staging and Redesign and starting my own business. A few years later I obtained my real estate license rounding out my skills on everything home.

I spent my days in the corporate world, but on nights and weekends I redecorated the rooms in my home.  Eventually running out of rooms and losing my passion for the corporate grind, I decided to take my creative side to work. Though I never considered a career in design, the education and experience I have complements my career as a home specialist. It helps me tackle the challenges homeowners face with updating their home.

 As a professional stager and designer,  I can help you sell your house for the best return on your investment. Advising you on the best updates to appeal to potential buyers. Staging adds perceived value to your house, appealing to buyers online, making it a must see in person.  More buyers to your home, can yield multiple and  better offers.  Thus, obtaining the gain you need from your house for your next transition.  Professional staging and photography is key to getting you the maximum gain when selling your house.
